Recurring cleaning that keeps your home reset

Yes. We bring all cleaning supplies, equipment, and products to every visit. If you have sensitivities or preferences regarding specific products, let us know and we'll accommodate your needs.

We aim to. Each recurring client has an assigned crew, so the same people learn your space, preferences and expectations. If your crew has to change, for example because of a scheduling conflict, we'll tell you in advance.

No. Many of our recurring clients set up a preferred entry method and go about their day. We're fully insured and every cleaner is background-checked, so you can leave us a key or code whether you're home or not.

Usually, yes. A first clean takes noticeably longer than upkeep because it establishes the baseline the recurring visits maintain. Most clients start with a deep clean for that reason. If you start recurring service without one, the first visit may include a one-time initial service charge for the extra crew time — sized to your home's square footage, bathrooms, condition, and how long it's been since the last professional clean. Your estimate shows it as its own estimated line, separate from the visit range; it may not be needed, and if it applies it is charged once. Every visit after it is your regular recurring rate.

We understand schedules change. You can reschedule, skip or cancel in the customer portal up to 72 hours before a visit at no charge. Inside 72 hours the portal locks the change, so call or text us and we will work out a new time. A late cancellation fee applies inside 72 hours: 25% of the visit (at least $40), or 50% (at least $75) inside 24 hours, on the day, or if we cannot get in. There is no fee when the change is on our side.

Visit duration depends on the size of your home and the number of rooms. A typical biweekly visit for a larger home ranges from 2 to 4 hours. We schedule enough time to do the job thoroughly — never rushed.
