Every recurring visit follows the same structured checklist, so the home stays at the standard the first deep clean set.
Kitchen
Every visit covers the surfaces, appliances, and floors that see the most daily use.

Beyond the standard visit
Deep clean first, then maintenance
Most recurring clients start with a deep clean so the home is reset properly before maintenance begins. After that, the checklist above runs on every visit. Rotational tasks cycle through over time, and add-ons can be requested when you need them.
Moving in or out?
A move-in / move-out clean includes the big add-ons automatically: inside the oven and refrigerator, inside all cabinets and drawers, interior windows and detailed baseboards.
