How you opt in

When you request a quote, book a cleaning, or contact us through starpromke.com, the form shows an optional, unchecked consent checkbox next to the phone number, separate from every other choice on the form. By checking it, you agree to receive text messages from Star Pro Cleaning Services at the mobile number you provide. Each form's checkbox reads, word for word:

Consent is never required to buy our services. You can request a quote, book a cleaning or send us a message without opting in to texts: leave the box unchecked and we reply by e-mail or phone. A form without this checkbox never signs you up for texts. Customers can also turn text updates on or off in the customer portal.

What we send

• Replies and follow-ups about the quote or request you sent us
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Updates about an upcoming or recent cleaning you booked (for example, arrival or schedule changes)
• Answers when you text us with a question

These are account and customer-care messages about your own request or booking. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and checking the box does not sign you up for any. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party; our messaging provider processes our texts only to deliver them for us.
