This page describes the SMS (text message) program operated by Star Pro Cleaning Services LLC ("Star Pro," "we," "us"). It applies to text messages we send to customers who have provided their mobile number and opted in.
How you opt in
When you request a quote, book a cleaning, or contact us through starpromke.com, our forms include an optional, unchecked consent checkbox. By checking it, you agree to receive text messages from Star Pro at the mobile number you provide. The checkbox reads:
Consent is never required to buy our services. You can request a quote or book a cleaning without opting in to texts — just leave the box unchecked or ask us to contact you by phone or email instead.
What we send
- Quote follow-ups and pricing for cleaning services you requested
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Updates about an upcoming or recent cleaning
- Review requests and occasional service follow-ups
We do not send marketing or promotional texts to numbers that have not opted in, and we never sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and requests. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Privacy
Your number is used only to communicate with you about our services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Opt out anytime
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation message and we won't text you again unless you opt back in.
