Should I book a move-in or move-out clean?
Both use the same comprehensive checklist. Move-out cleans focus on leaving the space ready for the walkthrough. Move-in cleans focus on resetting the home before you settle in. Many clients book both: one for the old place, one for the new.
Does the home need to be empty?
We recommend it. An empty home lets us clean inside every closet, cabinet and corner without obstacles. If furniture is still present, we work around it, but results are best in an empty space.
How much does a move-in/out clean cost?
Move cleaning starts at $475 for smaller homes and scales with size, bathrooms and condition. That price includes the full detail package: inside the oven and refrigerator, inside all cabinets and drawers, interior windows and tracks, and detailed baseboards. Booked as separate add-ons, that work is priced from $387 on a small home and more on larger ones; here it is simply what a move clean is. Use the instant estimator for a personalized range.
Are appliances, cabinets and windows really included?
Yes, every time. Inside the oven and range, inside the refrigerator, inside every cabinet and drawer, interior windows and tracks, and detailed baseboards are part of every move clean. Nothing on that list is an upsell or an add-on. The only optional extra is a garage sweep ($35).
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 5 to 7 days in advance, especially during peak moving seasons (summer and month-ends). Same-week bookings may be available. Call or text us to check.
