1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling or receiving cleaning services from Star Pro Cleaning Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Company Information

Star Pro Cleaning Services LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wisconsin, providing residential and commercial cleaning services in the greater Milwaukee area.

3. Services

We provide professional cleaning services including but not limited to standard home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, short-term rental turnover cleaning, and Garage Reset clean-out services. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3a. Garage Reset Service Terms

The Garage Reset service is a one-day garage clean-out offering at a flat rate of $699 (subject to change). The following terms apply specifically to this service:

Scope of Service:

  • Complete removal and hauling of unwanted items from your garage
  • All dump and disposal fees are included in the flat rate
  • Final sweeping and clean-up of the garage floor
  • Service is typically completed within 4-6 hours

Item Credits (Discretionary):

  • At our sole discretion, we may offer credit for items with resale value
  • Any credits offered are not guaranteed and are based on our assessment of item condition and value
  • This is not a formal program and no credit is promised or expected

Additional Fees May Apply For:

  • Garages significantly larger than a standard 2-car garage
  • Excessive volume requiring multiple trips or additional truck capacity
  • Items requiring special disposal (e.g., tires, mattresses, certain appliances)
  • Hoarding conditions or hazardous environments

Exclusions:

  • Hazardous materials including but not limited to: paint thinner, motor oil, pesticides, propane tanks, chemicals, medical waste, and toxic substances
  • Items attached to the structure (built-in shelving, mounted fixtures)
  • Vehicles or vehicle frames

We reserve the right to decline service or adjust pricing upon arrival if conditions differ significantly from what was described during booking. A trip fee of up to $75 may apply if service is cancelled on-site due to undisclosed hazardous materials or conditions.

4. Booking and Scheduling

All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance. By booking our services, you authorize us to enter your property at the scheduled time to perform the agreed-upon cleaning services.

5. Estimates and Pricing

Online quotes and estimates are based solely on the information you provide (square footage, number of rooms, condition, etc.). These estimates are non-binding and subject to adjustment upon arrival or during service.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if actual conditions differ from those described during booking. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Property is larger than stated (additional square footage, rooms, or floors)
  • Property requires significantly more cleaning than indicated (heavy soiling, excessive clutter, pet waste, hoarding conditions)
  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided during the estimate process
  • Additional services requested on-site beyond the original scope
  • Hazardous conditions requiring special handling or equipment

If a price adjustment is necessary, we will inform you before proceeding. You may accept the adjusted price or cancel the service. If cancelled on-site due to misrepresentation of property conditions, a trip fee may apply.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and digital payments (Venmo, Zelle).

6. Right to Decline or Cancel Service

Star Pro Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue service at any time, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Significant discrepancy between the property as described and actual conditions
  • Unsafe or hazardous working conditions (biohazards, structural issues, pest infestations, aggressive pets)
  • Hostile, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff
  • Illegal activity or substances present on the property
  • Previous unpaid balances or history of payment issues
  • Conditions that fall outside the scope of standard cleaning services

If we decline or cancel service upon arrival due to undisclosed conditions, a trip fee of up to $50 may be charged to cover travel and scheduling costs.

7. Client Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost.

8. Access to Property

You must ensure we have access to your property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access your property within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and cannot reach you, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.

9. Recurring Service Agreements

Recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) are provided at a discounted rate contingent on continued service. These discounts apply starting with the second cleaning. We reserve the right to adjust recurring service rates with 30 days written notice.

Recurring clients who pause service for more than 60 days may need to restart with a deep cleaning before resuming maintenance service at the discounted rate.

10. Supplies and Equipment

We provide all standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use specific products (due to allergies, preferences, or eco-friendly requirements), please notify us in advance. We are not responsible for damage caused by client-provided cleaning products.

11. Pets

Pets must be secured or contained during cleaning services for the safety of both our staff and your animals. We are not responsible for pets that escape through open doors during service. Please notify us of any aggressive animals in advance—failure to do so may result in service cancellation with applicable fees.

12. Photography and Reviews

We may request permission to take before/after photos for quality assurance and marketing purposes. Photos will never include personal items, identifiable information, or be taken without consent. We appreciate honest reviews and feedback to help us improve our services.

13. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge. Re-cleans are limited to the original scope of work and must be scheduled within 48 hours of the initial service.

14. Liability and Insurance

Star Pro Cleaning Services LLC carries general liability insurance. We take great care with your property; however, we are not responsible for:

  • Items that are already in fragile, worn, or unstable condition
  • Improperly installed fixtures, blinds, or shelving
  • Items of sentimental or irreplaceable value not disclosed prior to service
  • Pre-existing damage, stains, or wear not caused by our cleaning
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear or manufacturer defects
  • Items left in pockets, under cushions, or in trash that is disposed of

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence. Maximum liability for any damage claim shall not exceed $500 or the cost of the service, whichever is less.

15. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property during booking
  • Provide a safe working environment free of hazards for our staff
  • Secure or remove valuable items, cash, jewelry, and sensitive documents
  • Inform us of any hazardous materials, chemicals, or conditions
  • Ensure pets are secured and inform us of any pet-related concerns
  • Ensure working utilities (water, electricity) are available
  • Remove excessive clutter that prevents access to surfaces

16. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with any Star Pro Cleaning Services LLC employee or contractor for cleaning or related services for a period of 12 months following their last service at your property. Violation of this clause will result in a placement fee of $2,500 payable to Star Pro Cleaning Services LLC.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, in accordance with Wisconsin state law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Pro Cleaning Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Pro Cleaning Services LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your failure to maintain a safe environment for our staff.

20. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government actions.

21. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
