After a referred client completes their first service, we process your $75 payment within 5 business days. We pay via Venmo, Zelle, or check, whichever you prefer when you register. No minimum threshold, no delay.
No limit at all. If you're a busy contractor who sends us 15 clients in a year, you earn $1,125 in cash referral payments, on top of your VIP perks if you qualify. The more you refer, the more you earn.
Yes, post-construction and renovation final cleanup is one of our core commercial services. We handle drywall dust, paint overspray, adhesive residue, construction debris, floor scrubbing, and all detail cleaning that makes a space truly handoff-ready. For registered Trade Partners, we guarantee 48-hour scheduling availability after project completion.
For registered Trade Partners, we prioritize pre-listing scheduling. Same-week availability in most cases. For VIP Partners, we offer a guaranteed 48-hour response for urgent listing cleans. We know listing day deadlines are non-negotiable.
Yes. StarPro carries full commercial liability insurance and is bonded. Certificates of insurance are available on request, typically within one business day. Our COI meets standard contractor and property management requirements.
Yes. Referral credits can be applied to any StarPro service, residential or commercial. Credits stack, have no expiry, and can be combined with other promotions.
