How does the Community Referral tier work?
No registration required. Tell a friend, neighbor, or colleague about StarPro, and they mention your name when they book their first cleaning. They receive $30 off their first service, and you earn $30 account credit (no expiry, stackable). Simple and open to anyone.
How does the Trade Partner program work?
Trade Partners are professionals who work with properties regularly: contractors, real estate agents, property managers, etc. Register online or with one phone call; there are no fees. When you refer a client who completes their first service, we send you $75 cash via Venmo, Zelle, or check. Your referred clients get $30 off their first clean.
How do I become a VIP Partner?
Refer 5 clients who complete their first StarPro service within any 12-month period. Once you hit the threshold, VIP status is activated permanently. You'll never need to re-qualify. VIP Partners get 15% off all their own Star Pro services, permanently, and keep earning $75 cash per completed referral.
How and when do I receive the $75 cash payment?
After a referred client completes their first service, we process your $75 payment within 5 business days. We pay via Venmo, Zelle, or check, whichever you prefer when you register. There is no minimum threshold.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn through the Trade Partner program?
No limit at all. If you're a busy contractor who sends us 15 clients in a year, you earn $1,125 in cash referral payments, on top of your VIP perks if you qualify. The more you refer, the more you earn.
I'm a contractor. Do you do post-construction cleanup?
Yes, post-construction and renovation final cleanup is one of our core commercial services. We handle drywall dust, paint overspray, adhesive residue, light construction debris, floors, and the detail cleaning that makes a space ready for handoff. Tell us your handoff date when you book and we'll confirm availability.
I'm a real estate agent. Can you fit a pre-listing clean around my listing date?
Tell us the listing date when you book and we'll confirm availability for the clean before it. We know listing-day deadlines matter, so we give you a straight answer on timing rather than a promise we can't keep.
Do you provide certificates of insurance for contractor requirements?
Yes. Star Pro Cleaning Services is insured and bonded. Certificates of insurance are available on request; send us the coverage your contract asks for.
Can I use my $30 community referral credits on commercial cleaning?
Yes. Referral credits can be applied to any StarPro service, residential or commercial. Credits stack and have no expiry.
