Load-out and disposal
Accepted items are loaded, hauled and disposed of properly. Anything hazardous, regulated or unusual is reviewed before it goes on the truck.
Swept clean and ready
Final sweep and inspection, before/after photos for your records, and your invoice sent by email.

How long does a garage clean-out take?
Most garages are done in 4 to 6 hours; larger or very full garages can run longer, and we tell you before we start.
Do I need to be home the entire time?
Just for the first 15 minutes to show us what to keep and what to haul. After that, we handle everything and you're free to go about your day.
What if I'm not sure what to keep?
We can help you make quick decisions, or you can separate items beforehand. Whatever works best for you.
What can't you take?
We can typically remove or coordinate removal for most common garage items. Hazardous, regulated, or specialty-disposal items — including paint, fuel, chemicals, automotive fluids, pesticides, batteries, and similar materials — may require separate review or a qualified disposal provider. If you're unsure about an item, just ask before booking.
Do you organize what's left in the garage?
Our $699 service includes haul-away for accepted items and full sweeping — hazardous, regulated, or specialty-disposal items may need separate review. If you'd like us to organize remaining items with shelving and storage solutions, we offer garage organization services for an additional fee. Just ask.
Can you clean out multiple areas at once?
If you have a second garage or an attached workshop, we can quote both in one visit. Areas beyond the garage are priced separately, so contact us for a custom quote.

How do I pay?
We accept cash, card, check, Venmo and Zelle. After your clean, you can pay by card through the secure link in your clean-completed e-mail or in your customer portal, and you can add an optional tip for your cleaners when you do. ACH bank transfer is available for commercial clients. Contact us to arrange it.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If something was missed, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and re-clean it at no charge. Re-cleans cover the original scope of work.
