Branch 1 is heavy-duty property cleanup: smoke and nicotine residue, neglected apartments, post-tenant messes, squatter situations, rental turnover recovery, heavy buildup, and odor-source cleaning. Branch 2 is premium whole-home detail cleaning for regular homeowners who want vents, fixtures, trim, cabinets, and detail areas handled at a much deeper level than a standard or Ultimate Deep Clean. Both branches are custom quoted because labor, condition, access, and selected detail items vary heavily.

Heavy-duty cleanup is for properties in heavier-than-normal condition: rental turnovers, neglected units, post-tenant or squatter situations, smoke or nicotine residue, or heavy buildup. Premium detail clean is for well-kept homes where the owner wants an extremely detailed reset: accessible vents, light fixtures where safely accessible, cabinet/drawer interiors if emptied or selected, ceiling fans, trim, baseboards, and detail areas done at a much deeper level than a standard or Ultimate Deep Clean.
