FAQ
Recurring Cleaning in New Berlin: common questions
Weekly, biweekly or monthly for a New Berlin home?
Weekly and biweekly keep a home at its baseline and have the lowest rate per visit. Monthly works, but each visit needs more time. We give an honest recommendation after the first clean.
Do I need a deep clean before starting recurring service?
It is recommended, not required. The deep clean resets the home and recurring visits maintain it. Without one, the first visit takes longer, so an estimated one-time initial service charge may apply; it is shown and confirmed before the first visit and does not repeat.
What if I need to change a recurring visit?
With at least 72 hours' notice you can reschedule, skip or pause from your customer portal. Changes inside 72 hours go through us by call or text, and a late cancellation may carry a fee (see our Terms).
